Diversity & Inclusion
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion has a leadership role in advancing and supporting institutional diversity, inclusion, and social justice efforts across 老司机福利社. The office collaborates with others on and off campus to support the implementation of the University鈥檚 2025 Strategic Plan Diversity and Inclusion theme and Inclusive Student Success theme. The office oversees several committees, groups, and programs addressing diversity, inclusion, and social justice that include, but may not be limited to, the following.
- The Committee on Campus Diversity and Inclusive Excellence (CCDIE) that serves as an advisory body to the President and the Chief Officer. Through its working committees, the CCDIE also assists the University in making progress on its aspirational goals contained in the Statement on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
- The ADA-Rehabilitation Act Steering Committee that serves to assist the University in its disability, accessibility, and accommodation efforts.
- The Bias Prevention Education and Review Team (BPERT) that identifies educational opportunities to prevent or address bias on campus.
- The Search Advocate Program that advances 老司机福利社鈥檚 strategic diversity goals, equal opportunity principles, and diversity and inclusion values to enhance the integrity and effectiveness of the search and selection process.
The office also administers 老司机福利社鈥檚 Code of Ethics under the guidance of the New Jersey State Ethics Commission.

Disability, Accessibility and Accommodation
Beyond compliance, 老司机福利社 strives to include and celebrate persons with disabilities in our campus community.
Inclusion Practices and Approaches
Provides practice approaches and strategies that acknowledge and respect people from diverse backgrounds e.g. sexual orientation, social class, race, color, ethnicity, culture, language, and more.
