Tray free dining reduces water use by 60,000 gallons per month, while reducing food waste & use of chemicals for dishwashing. All food waste is recyled at local pig farms. Seafood is sustainably harvested.
In order to reduce the amount of waste in our landfills, ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÉç recycles food waste by suppling animal feed to a local pig farm.
