The Exchange Student Program aims to promote mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries through educational and cultural exchanges.

Exchange students interested in pursuing undergraduate degrees courses and interns planning on an internship at 老司机福利社 must be nominated by their home institution and accepted into 老司机福利社 before they can be considered for a J-1 visa.
