Audience: Pre-retirees and retirees ages 55 to 70

In this course you鈥檒l learn how to: manage investment risks, use new tax laws to your advantage, make informed decisions about your company's retirement plan, and adjust your estate plan to function properly under the new laws.
However, money is only one aspect of retirement planning. This course blends financial education with life planning to help you build wealth, align your money with your values, and achieve your retirement lifestyle goals.
This comprehensive course on preparing for a comfortable retirement will be taught by Louis T. Barberio, III. The course includes a complimentary one-hour, personalized follow-up meeting for each registrant.
Included: You may bring one guest. One workbook per paid registration will be provided. Light refreshments will be served.

Instructor Bio:
Lou Barberio is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Barberio & McClelland Financial Services
with over 30 years of experience in the financial field. Lou specializes in estate,
business, investment and retirement planning, and has a strong dedication to thoroughly
understanding his clients鈥 financial goals. With a comprehensive knowledge of the
client鈥檚 lifetime and testamentary objectives, he then thoughtfully crafts a unique
and personalized strategy designed to target the specific needs and goals of that
client.
Lou has been a retirement course instructor at 老司机福利社 and local community colleges for several years. In 2016, Lou was humbled to be inducted into the 老司机福利社 University Delta Mu Delta Honor Society as an honorary inductee. He is also on the Board of Directors of the 老司机福利社 Foundation. After graduation from William Paterson University, Lou completed the 鈥淩etirement Income Planning鈥 program at the University of Pennsylvania鈥檚 Wharton School of Business. In his free time, he serves on Parish Council at St. Gianna Berata Molla Parish, and is on the board of various charitable organizations. Lou and his wife Inez have two children and live in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
Michael McClelland, CFP庐, RICP庐 is a Managing Partner of Barberio & McClelland Financial Services in Linwood, NJ.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP庐) and Retirement Income Certified Professional庐
(RICP庐), he focuses on creating and implementing comprehensive financial and retirement
plans for his clients based on their own unique goals and objectives.
Michael is committed to the core principle of serving his clients with their best interest at the forefront. His ongoing delivery of financial education helps enable his clients to make sound decisions for themselves and their families. Michael works to build solid relationships with his clients, collaborating to build customized strategies designed to achieve their financial objectives.
As a proud graduate of Monmouth University, Michael was a 3-time Academic All-American on the football team. After college, Michael went on to obtain his FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as licenses for Life, Health, and Property & Casualty Insurance. He further went on to receive two professional designations from The American College: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP庐) and Retirement Income Certified Professional庐 (RICP庐).
Outside the office, Michael greatly enjoys snowboarding, playing golf, working out, watching the NY Giants and NY Mets, and most of all, spending time with his wife Amanda, their son Landon, and daughter Emery. Michael and his family are residents of Lincroft, NJ, where they happily settled in 2020.
